Creating reviews can be a rewarding process to add to your business - but it can be tedious and easy to forget to do. Dumb automations out there generally lack effectiveness.
But - they’re absolutely critical to your long term success.

Social proof (aka reviews) is the single most thing that attracts customers to businesses.
Not only that, but it actually helps things like SEO placement, creating trust and improving sales rates.
Reviews Lower Churn
Here’s the mindset hack you’re likely missing.
Reviews actually lower churn rates.
Why? Because when someone speaks up and says “I love this business” - they are confirming this sentiment to themsevles.
This is powerful.
How often have you said “I love this restaurant” and turned around the next week (or month) and said “wait, I actually hate this restaurant”.
Short of them doing anything egregious or insulting, there’s very low chance this will happy.

The problem with collecting reviews is it’s hard to automate. And anything not automated in your business likely will suffer.
